IDS BK mobile app: A new payment gateway coming soon

Dear users,

We will soon launch a new payment gateway by Tatra banka, which will give you more options when paying for tickets or topping up your credit.

The new gateway will enable:

payments via Apple Pay,
and now also payments through Google Pay,
as well as saving your payment card (ComfortPay) for faster future payments.

The application update will be rolled out gradually. Once the new version of the app is installed, the new Tatra banka payment gateway will automatically appear during checkout. The first rollout is planned for Monday, October 27, 2025, after which the new gateway will become available to all users.

Important notice:

If you previously had your payment card saved on the old gateway, you will need to register it again after the transition. The card will be saved once you activate the “Remember card” option in the app and complete a successful payment through the new gateway.
