Short-term limitation of payments

Dear users of the IDS BK mobile application,

we would like to inform you about a short-term limitation of payments via the payment gateway due to technical maintenance on the bank’s side. Today, on April 17, 2026, from 18:00 to 18:05, it will not be possible to top up credit or purchase a ticket using a payment card through the in-app payment gateway.

During this time, we recommend using your existing app credit or purchasing a ticket via alternative methods (e.g. SMS ticket, ticket machine, or point of sale).

Access to valid season tickets (travel passes) and other app functions will remain unaffected.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
