Trams to Karlova Ves and Dúbravka will start operating again

From Monday 26 October 2020 several tram and bus lines will undergo changes in connection with the finished works on the long-term modernization of the Dúbravka and Karlova Ves tram line

Line number 4 will operate along its normal route Zlaté piesky / ŽST Nové Mesto (Nové Mesto railway station) – Vajnorská street – Trnavské mýto – Americké námestie – Špitálska street – Jesenského street / Šafárikovo námestie – the river bank – Botanická street – Karloveská street – Saratovská street – Dúbravka, Pri kríži.

Line number 9 will have a diversion route due to works at Blumentál. It will take the route Ružinov – Ružinovská street – Trnavské mýto – Americké námestie – Špitálska street – Námestie SNP – the tunnel – Botanická street – Karloveská street – Karlova Ves, Kútiky.

The lines X5 and X33 will not operate any more. The line number 133 will not be reintroduced. Services on the line number 33 will be more frequent instead.

The lines number 32, 33, 139, N33 and N34 will stop at the new terminal Riviéra next to the tram stops.

The lines number 20, 83, 84 and N34 will stop at the stop Záluhy in a new location – together with the trams.

The lines number 29, 30, 31, 37, 39, N31, N33 and N34 will stop at the original bus stop Chatam Sófer (in front of the Memorial) when going out of the city centre.
