Changes in Bratislava City Public Transport from 26 March 2022

From Saturday 26 March 2022, there will be several changes to routes and timetables in the Bratislava city public transport network

1.Night lines N61 and N80 will serve the city centre.

Line N61 will operate along the route Hlavná stanica (Main Railway Station) – Štefánikova street – Hodžovo námestie (Hodžovo square) – Suché mýto – Námestie SNP (SNP square) – Rajská street – Dunajská street – Mlynské Nivy (Bus Station) and then it will continue to the Airport by its usual route.

It will stop at new stops Suché mýto (at Suché mýto), Centrum (at Námestie SNP where the line 1 stops) and Dunajská (in the direction to Hlavná stanica on Dunajská street and in the direction to the Airport on Rajská street). It will not serve the stops Hodžovo námestie (in the direction to the Airport), Kollárovo námestie, Špitálska and Ondrejský cintorín.

Line N80 will operate along the route Hlavná stanica – Štefánikova – Hodžovo námestie – Suché mýto – Námestie SNP – Štúrova – Starý most – Jantárová road and then it will continue to its terminus Kapitulský dvor by its usual route.

It will stop at new stops Suché mýto (at Suché mýto), Centrum (at Námestie SNP where the line 1 stops), Šafárikovo námestie (on Štúrova street where the line 3 stops) and Sad Janka Kráľa (where the line 3 stops). It will no longer serve the stops Hodžovo námestie (in the direction to Petržalka), Zochova, Aupark and Muchovo námestie.

2.“Recreation transport” will be renewed during weekends and bank holidays.

On the line 43 some services will go to Kačín.

On the line 52 more services will go to Potočná.

On the line 79 more services will serve the area Topoľové.

The line 144 will operate until later in the evening.

The line 154 will resume service with the same route as last year – from Pekná cesta to Horáreň Krasňany and back.

3.Services on selected lines will be strengthened and routes extended.

On the line 20, selected services will continue during workdays from Tesco Lamač to Patrónka and Kramáre to Národný onkologický ústav, as the line 45.

The line 65 will have a shorter interval between services during weekends and bank holidays between 8 AM and 10 PM – current 30-minute interval will be changed to 15.

Lines 52 and 56 will operate more frequently during workdays between 1 PM and 2 PM.

4.All bus lines will be served only by low-entry vehicles.

Some bus lines will have modified timetables to secure better coordination between lines on common parts of their routes.
